Job description

We are looking for warm, positive and respectful individuals who are committed to providing person centred support to individuals in Swinton, Salford. As a member of our team, you will support people with a physical disability, helping them with daily tasks to promote independence and lead fulfilling, valued lives.

Your role will include:

1. Providing practical and emotional support to people with physical disabilities and complex health needs
2. Developing the independence of service users by supporting them to access the community
3. Working effectively as part of a team and working on your own initiative
