Voyage Care in Sawston is seeking a Female Support Worker to join our residential home, delivering compassionate care and promoting independence for residents. The role offers 35–42 hours per week with shifts from 7.30am–2.30pm and 2.30pm–9.30pm, with a starting date and permanent part-time contract.

Churchfield Avenue is an 8 bedded residential home in Sawston. We have a wide range of ages with a wide range of disabilities such as Learning Disabilities, Epilepsy, Dementia and Cerebral Palsy as well as mental health.

Churchfield Avenue is perfect for individuals who enjoy socialising! Our team encourage the people we support to participate in a wide range of in-house and community activities. Some activities we enjoy include arts and crafts, hosting karaoke sessions, pamper days, holistic and music therapy, plus much more!

Our team is trained to provide compassionate support to individuals and promote independence by offering opportunities for housemates to learn new skills and grow their confidence
