Job summary

Lifeways is recruiting a compassionate Support Worker to empower individuals in Stotfold, Shefford and Biggleswade to live independently and with confidence. You’ll help with everyday tasks, community involvement and personal goals, making a real difference in people’s lives. Join a rota-based 37.5 hour contract across a friendly, supportive team.

We’re now recruiting Support Workers in Stotfold, Shefford & Biggleswade to join our dedicated team — people who are passionate about making a real difference in their community.

Roles Available

Shift patterns: Rota-based between 7am – 10pm, Monday to Sunday

37.5 hour contract across Shefford & Stotfold *Female Support Worker

Bank/Sessional roles also available
