Resilience Personnel Ltd is seeking a Support Worker to provide essential support in a care home environment. The role requires a caring nature, clear communication, and the ability to work independently to ensure residents' comfort and wellbeing.

SPONSORSHIP WILL NOT BE PROVIDED. Female applicants are preferred for this position and candidates should hold relevant training and DBS documentation as required by the care home.
