Real Life Options Group is seeking a caring Support Worker to assist adults with learning disabilities in a supported living environment in Saltburn-By-The-Sea. The role covers planning meals, maintaining a clean home, personal care support, and helping residents engage with the local community.

We offer full accredited training, DBS clearance, and a pension plan. The position includes varied shifts (days, evenings, weekends) with a competitive hourly rate and a comprehensive benefits package.

• No prior experience required; full accredited training provided.

• Full Time and Part Time hours available
• £12.71 per hour
• Drivers desirable

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Planning and preparing meals
• Keeping their home clean and comfortable
• Managing personal care and medication (where needed)
• Updating support plans and risk assessments
• Getting out and about in the local community, enjoying social activities and hobbies

Shift Details

• Days
• Evenings
• Weekends
• Occasional sleepovers (as required by the service)

Experience & Training

Previous experience is helpful-but not essential! We provide full, accredited training, so if you have the right values and attitude, we’ll give you everything you need to succeed. All offers are subject to an enhanced Adult DBS check.
