Job summary

Real Life Options is seeking a Support Worker in Saltburn-by-the-Sea to empower adults with learning disabilities to live as independently as possible. You’ll help with daily tasks, personal care where needed, medication support, meal planning, and keeping their home clean, in a warm, person-centred environment.

About the Role

As a Support Worker, you’ll empower individuals to live as independently as possible, supporting them with everyday activities such as:

• Planning and preparing meals


• Keeping their home clean and comfortable


• Managing personal care and medication (where needed)


• Updating support plans and risk assessments


• Getting out and about in the local community, enjoying social activities and hobbies

You’ll work alongside a passionate, supportive team and enjoy the satisfaction that comes from making a meaningful difference in someone’s life—every single day.

Shift Details

This service offers 24-hour support, so flexibility is essential. Shifts may include:

Days

Evenings

Weekends

Occasional sleepovers (as required by the service)

Experience & Training
