Job summary

Cygnet Group is seeking a confident Support Worker for Cygnet Elowen Hospital in Derbyshire. The role focuses on delivering high‑quality care to adults with eating disorders and complex personality disorders, across two specialist wards. The position is based in a 24‑bed hospital with day and night shifts.

Working hours total 42 per week, with day shifts from 8 am to 8 pm and night shifts from 7:30 pm to 8:30 am. DBS check is required and applications are invited promptly.

About the Role

Cygnet Group is looking for a confident Support Worker with a passion for delivering outstanding care at Cygnet Elowen Hospital in Derbyshire. The hospital is a 24‑bed facility for adults offering a safe and secure care pathway for individuals with eating disorders and complex personality disorders with disordered eating across two specialist wards.

Working Hours

42 hours per week – Day shift 8 am to 8 pm and Night shift 7:30 pm to 8:30 am.

Additional Information

Pay rate – £13.15 per hour (increasing to £13.45 per hour after 3 months).

Successful candidates will be required to undergo an enhanced DBS check.
