About The Role

Alderbury is a 5-bed bungalow in Wiltshire supporting adults with learning disabilities, Down syndrome, physical disabilities, and epilepsy. We support individuals like John, who loves fishing and outings, and Nicky, who enjoys visiting the hairdresser and day centre. Our team describes working here as being like family, with a focus on ensuring the happiness of those supported.

As a Support Worker, you will provide high-quality, enabling care, facing new challenges and rewards daily, contributing to our goal of excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement person-centered support plans, promote independence, manage risks, encourage relationships, and ensure legal and best practice compliance.
  • Develop flexible, engaging activity plans that promote autonomy and personal growth.

  • Oversee medication processes and support individuals in self-administration.
