At BradburyHouse weprovide short breaks away from the family home supporting customers, enabling them to take part in meaningful activities. We work with families, paid and unpaidcarersto ensure that they are also involved and listened to, wewill support the customer in the mostappropriate wayto enable them tomaximisetheir independence.
We willprovideregular training opportunities to support you in thisroleand you will be supported to undertake a 26-week probationary period with regular meetings throughout this period tomonitorprogress.
