Job summary

BEST LIVES LIMITED is seeking compassionate Support Workers to help adults with learning disabilities and other needs live independently and participate in community activities. You will work as part of a supportive team, delivering person-centred support focused on independence, dignity and inclusion.

The role involves assisting with daily living tasks, attending appointments, coordinating with families and professionals, and maintaining detailed records.

Responsibilities

About the Role

Our Support Workers play a vital role in supporting adults with learning disabilities, autism and other additional needs to live life as they choose. This may include supporting individuals with day-to-day life skills, accessing the community, attending appointments, taking part in social activities or even planning trips and holidays.

You will work as part of a supportive team, delivering high-quality, person‑centred support that promotes independence, dignity, choice and inclusion.
