Job summary

BEST LIVES LIMITED is seeking dedicated Support Workers to help adults with learning disabilities, autism and other needs live life on their terms. You will provide person-centred support for daily living, community access, appointments, and social activities, in a supportive team environment.

The role focuses on independence, dignity, and inclusion, with training and ongoing support provided. Flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends and sleep-ins, are available to fit a compassionate care

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day support in line with individual support plans.

• Maintain accurate daily records and documentation.

About the Role

Our Support Workers play a vital role in supporting adults with learning disabilities, autism and other additional needs to live life as they choose. This may include supporting individuals with day-to-day life skills, accessing the community, attending appointments, taking part in social activities or even planning trips and holidays.

You will work as part of a supportive team, delivering high-quality, person‑centred support that promotes independence, dignity, choice and inclusion.

What We're Looking For

We are looking for a caring, compassionate and reliable individual with good communication and teamwork skills. The successful candidate must be flexible and able to work a range of shifts, including evenings, weekends and sleep‑ins where required. A positive, patient and person‑centred approach is essential. Previous experience is desirable but not essential, as full training and ongoing support will be provided.
