At Avondale Lodge, we support residents with disabilities such as Autism, mental health needs, learning disabilities, and challenging behaviors. Our goal is to assist them in developing new life skills, achieving their ambitions, and remaining valued members of the community.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Working as part of a team to ensure a safe, caring, and supportive environment tailored to individual and group needs.
  • Helping residents settle in, providing companionship, and being available during the night if they wake.
  • Assisting with personal care, domestic tasks, meal preparation, updating internal systems, reviewing care plans, risk assessments, and monthly reports.
  • Induction and training will be conducted during the daytime.
