Job summary

United Response in Paignton is seeking a dedicated Support Worker to help individuals live the lives they choose. The role requires compassion and the ability to build trusting relationships, guiding service users in daily activities and personal routines as outlined in their support plans.

The position offers flexible hours (0–30 hours per week) with pay at £13.25 per hour. We provide training, wellbeing support, and employee benefits to help you grow a rewarding career within our charity.

Responsibilities

  • Support people with daily routines in line with personal support plans.
  • Assist with dressing, personal care, finances, medication, appointments, employment, volunteering and hobbies.

Salary: £13.25 per hour

Location: Paignton

Contract/hours: 0-30 hours per week available

Who will you be supporting?

This position is all about building relationships with the people you will be supporting while helping them with their day-to-day routine in line with their personal support plans such as dressing, personal care, finances, medication, attending any appointments along with employment, Volunteering and hobbies.
