Job summary

United Response in Darlington is seeking a dedicated Support Worker to help individuals lead fulfilling lives. You will assist with daily routines, personal care, and transportation while following personalised support plans.

This role offers 35 hours per week at £13.85 per hour, with benefits including generous annual leave, training, and pension. You will join a charity committed to dignity, respect, and inclusion for people with learning disabilities and mental health needs.

  • Assist with day-to-day routines in line with personal support plans (e.g., dressing, personal care, finances, medication).

This position is all about building relationships with the people you will be supporting while helping them with their day-to-day routine in line with their personal support plans such as dressing, personal care, finances, medication, attending any appointments along with employment, Volunteering and hobbies

A gentleman who enjoys a clam and easy going enviroment he loves working with his hands particularly carpentry - and enjoys staying active by going swimming and using public transport
