Job summary

United Response is seeking a dedicated Support Worker in Callington, Cornwall to empower individuals to live their lives as they choose. You will build strong relationships and provide hands‑on support with daily activities and personal care, following each person’s plan.

The role offers part‑time and relief contracts, with a pay rate of £13.45 per hour plus a £62 sleep‑in allowance. United Response is a charity focused on inclusion, wellbeing and community participation.

Support Worker

Salary: £13.45 per hour plus £62 sleep in allowance

Location: Callington, Cornwall

Contract/hours: 0-30 hours (Part-time and relief contracts available)

Who will you be supporting?

This position is all about building relationships with the people you will be supporting while helping them with their day‑to‑day routine in line with their personal support plans such as dressing, personal care, finances, medication, attending any appointments along with employment, Volunteering and hobbies.
