Job summary

HCRG Staffing seeks experienced Support Workers to assist young people with learning disabilities, autism and SEMH needs. Provide person-centred support while helping develop independence, communication and daily living skills through personalised learning activities.

You will work across community, learning centre and home environments, may provide personal care and medication support where trained, and book shifts via the app with flexible scheduling between settings.

Qualifications

• Minimum Level 2 English and Maths (or equivalent).
• A Level 3 education, teaching or learning-support qualification and driving licence are desirable.
• Strong communication and a person-centred approach.
• Flexibility to travel between settings.

You will provide person-centred support while helping young people develop their independence, communication, confidence and everyday skills through personalised learning and activities.HCRG Staffing Connect is the app-enabled nursing agency, backed by HCRG Staffing. Our team of consultants and the app work together to enable nurses like you to take control of your work. Book shifts yourself, via a consultant or use Auto-book to let us know when you want to work.
