We are seeking caring individuals to join our team as Support Workers or Care Assistants. Full training and support will be provided.

What you will be doing:

1. Using the training provided, assist those we support with daily tasks.
2. Support in day-to-day activities such as social visits, family visits, and outings to local attractions.
3. Maintain up-to-date paperwork to document each person's support.
4. Work positively with colleagues, families, and external organizations to support those in the home.

What we would like you to have to be able to do it:

1. A basic understanding of care is beneficial, but no formal experience is required.
2. Strong communication skills.
3. Pride in working with vulnerable people and a serious approach to safeguarding.
4. Effective decision-making and judgment skills.
5. Strong planning and organizational skills.
6. Ability to meet all Health & Safety standards.
