Voyage-Care North Walsham is seeking a dedicated Enhanced & Complex Care Support Worker to join our team. You will help people to gain more independence in daily life, work within a supportive, hands-on environment, and deliver personalised care in our enhanced and complex living service.

Mon - Sun (days 7am-3pm & 3pm 10pm-Nights 10pm-7am) Shifts may be subject to change but are provided 4 weeks in advance.

Our Enhanced and Complex supported living service in North Walsham is a supportive and specialist environment and you can be sure that no two days will be the same! You’ll be supporting individuals with behaviours of distress, autism and mental health needs. You'll be enhancing the lives of the people we support by integrating into the community, teaching them new life skills, assisting with personal care, encouraging them to access their local communities, socialising and doing lots of activities. One day you could be out in the local community , the next you could be unwinding with them in service doing activities of their choice!
This is an amazing role for someone who is looking to really make a difference to someone's life and to help them grow in confidence and independence so that they meet their goals, whether this be making dinner by themselves or going on days out.
We’re interested in our Support Workers having both the right experience and the right values. This is why at this service our Support Workers should, be resilient, flexible and composed in their approach, have experience with following Positive Behaviour Support plans and reflective practice as well as experience working with individuals requiring enhanced support, including behaviour's of distress, mental health conditions, autism, forensic histories and people who may have experienced trauma.
