Voyage-Care is seeking a Female Enhanced & Complex Care Support Worker in Harleston to help people achieve greater independence in daily life and communities.

You will work as part of a supportive, dynamic team, providing personal care, facilitating activities, and promoting wellbeing. The role requires compassion, resilience and a person-centered approach, with a focus on safety and dignity in all interactions.

Qualifications

• Experience in enhanced and complex care support is preferred.
• Compassionate and patient-focused approach.
• Ability to follow behavioural guidance and support plans.

Job description

Female Enhanced & Complex Care Support Worker - Harleston - £13.89ph up to £15.39ph with overtime and evening/weekend enhancements (Ts & Cs apply)

Typical Shifts are:

Mon - Sun -( days 7am-3pm & 3pm - 10pm-Nights 10pm-7am) Shifts may be subject to change but are provided 4 weeks in advance.

Our Enhanced and Complex Care supported living service in Harleston is a supportive and specialist environment and you can be sure that no two days will be the same! You'll be enhancing the lives of people we support by integrating into the community, teaching them new life skills, assisting with personal care, encouraging them to access their local communities, socialising and doing lots of activities. One day you could be out in the local community , the next you could be unwinding with them in service doing activities of their choice!

We’re interested in our Support Workers having both the right experience and the right values. This is why at this service our Support Workers should, be resilient, flexible and composed in their approach, have experience with following Positive Behaviour Support plans and reflective practice as well as experience working with individuals requiring enhanced support, including behaviour's of distress, mental health conditions, forensic histories and people who may have experienced trauma.
