Residential Support Worker (Children’s Residential Care, Full-Time)

LOCATION - NEWTOWN, POWYS (Residential Care Home)

Salary : £28,632.24 - £31,253.04 per annum (including sleep-ins )

FULL UK MANUAL DRIVER LICENCE ESSENTIAL

Shift pattern 3 on 6 off, or 2 on 4 off. INCLUDES SLEEP IN'S (£67.50 per sleep in )

Our Residential Support Workers receive specialist training in respect of early trauma, CSE, HSB, Children’s rights and participation. We work to a multi-disciplinary approach with clear measurable outcome.

Essential

• Hold a full manual driving licence
• Able to work shift pattern of 3 on 6 off or 2 on 4 off including Sleep In’s
• Energetic and able to work in a fast-paced residential care environment
• Enjoy activities and engaging with children and young people what activities, such as arts and crafts and outdoor games and activities.
