Job summary

National Care Group is recruiting a Support Worker for Essential Care and Support Limited in Murton. You will help with daily tasks, personal care and medication administration, and work to plan activities that support independence.

You will build caring relationships, communicate effectively with colleagues and clients, and participate in a supportive team that values wellbeing and training opportunities.

The role of a National Care Group Support Worker
  • You will build positive relationships with people by listening, discussing, and then planning goals and ambitions together.
  • You will help to plan their daily tasks and assist with practical activities such as cooking, cleaning and running errands.
  • You will assist with personal care, which may include support with eating and administering medication.
  • You will help to plan and participate in any exciting days out they wish to enjoy.
