Northumberland County Council's Wansbeck Supported Living Service is seeking a female Support Worker to join our team on a full-time, permanent basis. You will provide one-to-one care, support daily living tasks, and help individuals live independently in their own homes.

The role requires empathy, compassion, and flexibility for a 14-week rolling rota including early, late, night shifts and 3 x12 hour shifts.

Formación

• Experience in a care setting, ideally with individuals with learning disabilities and behaviours of concern.
• Flexibility to work a 14 week rolling rota including early, late and night shifts and 3 x12 hour shifts.
• Desire to develop skills and grow within a supportive team.
• Hold an NVQ/QCF Level 2 in Health & Social Care (or equivalent).
• Have a full UK driving licence.
