The Role

Support individuals to live active lives in the community, manage daily living skills, facilitate hobbies and interests, and help them realize their dreams!

We provide person-centred, individualised care based on the Positive Behavioural Support (PBS) model.

Training and Progression

You will receive a 2-week induction on PBS, communication, behaviour, skill teaching, and enabling lifestyles. A workplace induction will follow, and we will fund your Level 3 Health & Social Care qualification. There is a leadership pathway from Support Worker to Team Leader and beyond!
