An opportunity has become available to join the Older Persons Medicine team on ward 12 at James Cook University Hospital. Working as a Health Care Support Worker within the team you will help care for 27 patients.
Candidates should have a passion for the care of patients with complex medical needs and frailty syndromes including Dementia, Delirium and Falls.

Post holders will be appointed at band 2 or band 3 depending upon qualifications.
Band 2 requirements - willingness to undertake all relevant training and qualifications if wishing to develop into a band 3 role.
Band 3 requirements - Numeracy and Literacy Level 2 or GCSE equivalent (A-C/ 4-9)

Leadership and Improvement Training
