Voyage Care in Mansfield is seeking caring Support Workers to help people gain more independence in their daily lives within a friendly residential team.

The role offers 12-hour shifts (7:30am to 7:30pm, 8:00am to 8:00pm, 9:00am to 9:00pm) with sleep-ins and flexibility to cover all shift times. Pay is £12.72 per hour with enhanced evening/weekend pay and overtime, plus various staff benefits.

Job description

Support Worker - Mansfield - £12.72 ph

Typical Shifts are: 12hrs long - 7:30am to 7:30pm, 8:00am to 8:00pm, 9:00am to 9:00pm - sleep ins and flexibility to cover all shift times required and waking nights 7:45pm to 7:45am covered when needed.

Our residential service in Mansfield is a welcoming and friendly environment and you can be sure that no two days will be the same! You'll be enhancing the lives of the people we support by teaching them new life skills, assisting with personal care, encouraging them to access their local communities, socialising and doing lots of activities. One day you could be out with the people we support in local bars and pubs, the next you could be unwinding with them playing video games, watching films or going to the cinema.
