Creative Support is looking for respectful, warm and enthusiastic individuals to work at our North Manchester services which provides person-centered support for individuals with mental health needs and/or learning disabilities. You will provide support to people in a recovery focused environment, promoting independence, enabling them to reach their full potential through education and training.
Creative Support’s Development Pathway offers a structured induction and values-led training to help staff grow from entry-level to leadership roles. It empowers career progression through tailored learning aligned with national strategies and the WE CARE framework. Car drivers are preferred.
