Overview

Creative Support is looking for respectful, warm and enthusiastic individuals to work at our North Manchester services which provides person-centered support for individuals with mental health needs and/or learning disabilities. You will provide support to people in a recovery focused environment, promoting independence, enabling them to reach their full potential through education and training.

Responsibilities
  • Demonstrate positive communication and engagement, and unconditional positive regard for people supported.
  • Work within a positive behaviour support framework, accept responsibility and grow in confidence as a skilled practitioner.
  • Follow agreed guidelines and work positively within a consistent, mutually supportive team ethos.
  • Provide direct care and support, act as a Key Worker supporting people to achieve their dreams and ambitions.
  • Receive supervision throughout the probationary process to ensure you have the knowledge and skills needed.
Development Pathway

Creative Support’s Development Pathway offers a structured induction and values-led training to help staff grow from entry-level to leadership roles. It empowers career progression through tailored learning aligned with national strategies and the WE CARE framework. Car drivers are preferred.
