Job summary

National Care Group is recruiting a Support Worker for Endurance Care in Lydd on Sea to assist young adults with complex needs and to support their independence. You will build trusting relationships, support daily living tasks and participate in activities that promote growth and wellbeing.

The role offers paid training, opportunities to gain recognised qualifications, and an inclusive culture that values diversity and wellbeing.

The role of a National Care Group Support Worker

You will work with young adults who have complex needs. We are looking for a respectful and caring individual who can passionately support our young adults to fulfil their potential. This is a sometimes challenging role but one with huge rewards.

• You will help to plan their daily tasks and assist with practical activities such as cooking, cleaning and running errands.

• You will make a positive impact on someone's life by supporting them to become more independent wherever possible.
