Job summary

Cygnet Hospital Harrow is seeking confident Support Workers to join our care team at Harrow. You will work 38.5 hours per week across day and night shifts, including a rotating schedule (Week 1: Mon Tue Sat Sun; Week 2: Wed Thu Fri).

The role focuses on recovery-oriented care for individuals with mental health needs and dual diagnosis. Salary is £14.50 per hour with opportunities for apprenticeship learning, flexible overtime, coaching and supervision, and access to wellbeing resources.

We are looking for confident Support Workers at Cygnet Hospital Harrow with a passion for delivering outstanding care.

You will be expected to work 38.5 hours a week (days and night shifts) making a positive difference to the lives of the people in our care.

Day shifts - 7:15am - 7:45pm

Night shifts - 7:30pm - 07:30am

Week 1 - (Monday, Tuesday, Saturday, Sunday)

Week 2 -( Wednesday, Thursday, Friday)

Cygnet Hospital Harrow provides a recovery focused service treating a wide range of mental health problems. We also offer specialist diagnostic, assessment and inpatient services for individuals with mental health needs and who also have a dual diagnosis of autism spectrum disorder.

Your Day-to-Day…
