Job summary

Agincare Bromley Outreach is seeking a dedicated Support Worker to help adults with learning disabilities live more independently. You will deliver person-centred support, personal care, and assist with daily routines, outings, and holidays, always respecting choices and safety.

You will work as part of a caring, values-led team. A Full UK driving licence and eligibility to work in the UK are required, along with funded training up to QCF Level 5 and ongoing career development.

Qualifications

• Calm, patient and caring approach; willingness to learn and build trust.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Right to work in the UK with at least 12 months remaining.
• Excellent career development opportunities with fully funded training up to QCF Level 5.
• Experience needed.

You’ll be supporting multiple individuals with learning disabilities at our Bromley service to thrive and live as independently as possible. You’ll help with personal care and daily routines, while building meaningful, lasting connections. From supporting days out in the community to holidays and new experiences, you’ll ensure their care is truly person‑centred, respecting their choices, promoting their safety and helping them do the things they love most.
