Job summary

Autism Initiatives is recruiting Support Workers to join Housing and Outreach services across Livingston and the surrounding area. The role involves promoting health and well‑being, enabling people to live independently, and supporting outreach activities in community settings and in clients' homes.

We offer full time and part time roles with a pro rata salary. Training and development are provided, and a range of benefits is included. PVG and SSSC registration is required before starting.

Qualifications

• PVG scheme and SSSC registration or equivalent regulatory body required.
• No prior experience necessary; genuine passion and positive attitude are key to succeeding in the role.

Responsibilities

• Promote the health and well‑being of the people you support and enable them to live as independently as possible.
• Support Housing and Outreach services across Bathgate, Livingston and the local community.
• Engage in dynamic outreach activities, home visits and activities within the resource centre.
