Job summary

Priory in Leyland is seeking a compassionate Support Worker to join Tree Top View, a residential home for six adults, including autistic people and individuals with a learning disability.

The role is full-time (42 hours per week) at £13.75 per hour, with training provided and opportunities for development. You’ll support daily living tasks, promote independence, maintain records, and work closely with a caring team to enhance residents’ wellbeing.

Qualifications

• Build positive relationships with service users, families, colleagues, and stakeholders.
• Uphold safety, security, and confidentiality in line with policies and regulations.
• Act as a key worker for individuals, helping them to set goals and track progress.
• Promote choice, independence, and involvement at all times.
• Contribute to continuous improvement by sharing ideas and suggestions.

Full Time – 42 hours

Tree Top View has an opportunity for a Support Worker to join our team.

Tree Top View is located in the small town of Leyland, near Preston. The home provides residential support for six adults, including autistic people and individuals with a learning disability. We are in a semi-rural location, surrounded by lovely views and beautiful countryside.

What you’ll be doing

You will be part of a compassionate team who are committed to our residents wellbeing. We take a personalised approach, using proven therapies to help people move forward with confidence and build a healthier, more fulfilling future. You will play a key part in their recovery, assisting qualified staff with the assessment and implementation of individual patient care plans, undertaking routine tasks and activities as directed or delegated to facilitate wellbeing, dignity and treatment of residents
