Job description

The Role

To support a 52-year-old female with a mental health illness to access the community for social inclusion:

Duties Will Include

• Shopping
• Going for coffee or to the pub for a meal
• Accompanying to social events in the evening ( finish at 10pm)
  
  

This role is ideally for an individual who have previous experience with supporting adults with mental health issues.

Full three-day assessment centre training provided and shadowing and on-going support from an experienced support worker for this role.
