Affinity Trust is looking for a Support Worker in Leicester to help individuals lead fulfilling lives. This part-time role (30 hours/week) offers a competitive hourly wage of £12.25, full training, and a supportive environment. Responsibilities include promoting independence and engaging clients in activities they enjoy.
Make a difference by supporting people to live their life, their way
You will be supporting people in their own homes in Leicester. The people we support enjoy a range of activities, both at home and out in the community—such as gaming, going for walks, shopping, visiting the theatre or cinema, playing sports, and going on day trips. In this role, you’ll encourage independence and build meaningful connections with each person. You’ll need to be positive, proactive, and have a good sense of humour, as well as the ability to inspire them to take part and stay engaged in activities. You will be available to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and alternate weekends.
