Support Worker - Domiciliary Service

We are pleased to announce an exciting opportunity at Potens for a support worker in our Domiciliary service within the Lampeter & Tregaron area.

What you’ll be doing:

• Supporting adults with Dementia, Epilepsy, Diabetes, and Learning Disabilities
• Providing 1-1 and sometimes 2-1 support
• Promoting positive well-being
• Engaging enthusiastically with clients' interests and needs
• Maintaining and developing community links and accessing community and leisure activities to support independence and life skills
• Providing personal care
