Pin Point Healthcare is seeking a compassionate Female Support Worker to join a specialist residential service for young adults with learning and physical disabilities in Killingworth. You will provide person-centred care on a 1:1 or 2:1 basis, promoting independence and wellbeing while helping individuals achieve personal goals.

The role requires previous care experience, understanding of positive behaviour support, and strong communication and teamwork skills.

Salary: £26,064–£27,617 per annum (£13.55–£14.35 per hour)

Contract: Permanent
