Pay rate: £13.18 (Monthly Pay)
Shift Pattern: 8:00-20:00
We have a rewarding opportunity for the right person to support an individual living in their family home in Ipswich. This individual has Angelman syndrome and epilepsy, but these do not define them. They have a great sense of humor and enjoy playing games, mostly on the floor. To maximize outings and activities, candidates should be local to Ipswich and hold a full UK Driving Licence.
Supporting activities are key to your role. You will bring an empathetic approach to make a positive difference in this person's life. Previous experience in the following areas is required:
You will provide high-quality, compassionate care tailored to the individual's needs. Responsibilities include engaging in meaningful activities, supporting community outings to promote social interaction and well-being, and assisting with household tasks to maintain a clean, organized, and comfortable environment. Clear communication in their preferred manner is vital to building trust.

This role is within our LD&A division, supported by an experienced Team Leader. We support adults and children with complex care needs, physical and mental disabilities, with a focus on person-centered, empowering care that promotes access to new experiences.
