The Role

As a Support Worker, you'll play an important part in helping the people you support live safely, confidently and as independently as possible.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for Support Workers who are dependable, caring and confident when working within different care environments.

• Previous UK experience within health or social care
• A genuine passion for supporting others
• Good communication skills
• A professional and reliable approach
• Confidence working as part of a team
• The ability to adapt to different services and individuals
• An understanding of safeguarding, dignity and person-centred care
• Flexibility to work a mixture of shifts

An Enhanced DBS and relevant care training will be required as part of our compliance process
