As a Support Worker you will help people live safely and with independence, provide personal care where needed, support daily living activities and social participation.

Responsibilities

• Support individuals with day-to-day routines
• Provide personal care where required
• Support independence and individual choice
• Assist with meals and daily living activities
• Support individuals with social activities and community access
• Provide emotional reassurance and companionship
• Follow individual care and support plans
• Accurately complete notes and documentation
• Report concerns or changes appropriately
• Work alongside permanent staff and other healthcare professionals
• Maintain dignity, respect and confidentiality at all times
