Community Integrated Care is seeking a dedicated Support Worker to help three ladies in a single-storey home. You will provide daily assistance, companionship and ensure person-centred care during shifts with a small team.
The role emphasises building connections, respecting independence, and delivering compassionate care in a UK charity setting. Shifts include early/late with sleepovers and some weekends.

Working closely with the Service Leader and Support Worker Team, you will be responsible for supporting vulnerable individuals in their day to day lives. Each person we support is unique, so the support you provide will be person-centred and will focus on achieving the best lives possible for each individual.
Our Shifts: 8am - 3pm, 3pm - 10pm including sleepovers and weekends. The sleepover shift covers 3pm to 3pm.
Shift Requirements: 37.5 hours
Contract: Permanent
Uk Driving License: beneficial but not essential (an automatic license)
You will be supporting 3 ladies that live in a single storey house. They enjoy arts and crafts, bingo, theatre, shopping, cafes and days out. They are friendly, sociable and like a laugh and also like dancing, karaoke and pamepr nights.
There are at least 2 staff on shift, usually 3 during the day.
