Our Service:

On the bank of the River Ness in Inverness, Cheshire House Inverness is home for adults with disabilities. We’re surrounded by beautiful parkland and are within walking distance of Inverness city centre.

Shift patterns will vary between 7.30am and 11pm, including weekends.

Your Role: Make a Difference Every Day!

As a Support Worker with Leonard Cheshire, you’ll play a vital role in enhancing the lives of individuals with disabilities. Your daily responsibilities will include:

  • Providing essential support with daily tasks such as personal care, medication, and mealtimes.
  • Assisting customers during outings and appointments, ensuring they feel valued and supported.
  • Promoting independence through our Person-Centred approach, helping individuals achieve their personal aspirations.
  • Keeping accurate records to ensure the highest standards of care.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Strong interpersonal skills and effective communication.
  • A creative and flexible approach to working with customers and their families.
  • Personal care experience is a plus, but not essential—your compassion and dedication are what truly matter!
  • Team players who thrive under pressure and are ready to join a supportive environment.
  • Willingness to participate in an on-call rota as needed.
