Job summary

Leonard Cheshire is recruiting for a full-time role at Cheshire House Inverness. The post offers 37 hours per week with day shifts, and requires flexibility across weekdays and weekends as part of a rota. The role is female-only and based at Inverness, with training provided if you have no care experience.

You will support residents with daily living tasks, encourage independence, accompany them to appointments and keep clear records. A rewarding role in a supportive home environment awaits.

Our Cheshire House Inverness service is home to up to sixteen adults with physical disabilities. Our service feels like family – relaxed, supportive, and centred around the people who live here. Every day brings new moments to celebrate: from small wins in independence to big laughs over mealtimes.

We offering full-time hours, 37 hours per week
You’ll need to be flexible to work across weekdays and weekends as part of a rota

Typical shifts may include:

• Day shifts between: 7:30am - 3.30pm & 2.30pm - 10.30pm
