Job summary

Newcross Healthcare in Invergordon (IV18) is hiring Support Workers to provide person-centred care across residential homes, supported living and community settings. You will build confidence, promote independence and deliver emotional support.

We offer flexible shifts via HealthForceGo, full or part-time hours, same-day pay and extensive training. DBS/PVG as required, and a values-driven team focused on integrity, respect and empathy.

Qualifications

• Right to work in the UK.
• At least 6 months paid UK care experience in the last 3 years.
• An Enhanced DBS for England or Wales, or PVG for Scotland, or AccessNI.
• Clear communication skills.
• Ability to work on your own and as part of a team.
• Qualities such as integrity, respect and empathy.
