Are you looking for a role where you can truly make a difference? At Dimensions, we believe that every person we support deserves a great life and that starts with you.

This is a unique opportunity to support one gentleman in his 30’s who is full of life, deeply involved in his community, and passionate about music, volunteering, and emergency services. He’s a regular at local clubs, performs in musical groups, volunteers at a barber shop and a coffee shop (where he sits on the board of directors), and enjoys visiting fire and ambulance stations. He also loves going out in his own car—so being a confident driver is essential.

You’ll provide person-centred support helping him live independently. This includes:

  • Supporting with personal care (full support required).
  • Administering oral medication.
  • Preparing meals that suit his selective diet.
  • Encouraging healthy choices and helping him maintain a balanced lifestyle.
  • Facilitating outings, social events, and family visits.

He has a strong, loving relationship with his family, who are actively involved in his life and support planning. You’ll play a key role in maintaining these relationships and ensuring his support reflects his values and preferences.
