Voyage Care’s Alton residential service is hiring a Support Worker to help people gain more independence and participate in community activities. Roles include assisting with personal care, life skills, and daily tasks in a busy, caring team.

Shifts include early, afternoon, and evening slots to support varied routines, with rewarding DBS checks and ongoing training. We offer enhanced pay for evenings and weekends (+50p), overtime pay (+£1), Wagestream access, Blue Light Card discounts, 24/7

The shift times for this role are: 7:30am-2:30pm / 2:30pm-9:30pm / 7:30am-9:30pm

As a support worker with us you’ll be helping people to gain more independence in their daily lives, whilst working within a dynamic team to support a fantastic group of people!

Our residential service in Alton is a welcoming and friendly environment and you can be sure that no two days will be the same! You’ll be enhancing the lives of the people we support by teaching them new life skills, assisting with personal care, encouraging them to access their local communities, socialising and doing lots of activities. One day you could be out with the people we support in local bars and pubs, the next you could be unwinding with them playing video games, watching films or going to the cinema.
