The workday can be unpredictable, involving organizing activities in the morning and providing 1:1 support in the afternoon.

As a Children’s Residential Care Worker, you will be involved in all aspects of the children’s daily lives. The positive impact you have can be immense. Shift Pattern: 16-24 hours (including sleep-in), on a one-on-two or two-on-four basis.
