Job summary

Achieve together in Guildford is seeking empathetic Support Workers to help people with learning disabilities, autism and related needs live independent, fulfilling lives.

You will support people at home and in local communities, celebrate achievements, encourage fun and creativity, and empower them to be part of their local community. Full training is provided and flexible working patterns are available.
