Job summary

Achieve together is a leading UK provider of support for people with learning disabilities, autism and complex needs. Based at Seymour House, Herne Bay, we offer flexible patterns including full-time, part-time and casual roles with an hourly rate of 12.80–12.90 GBP.

You will support people in home and in the community, promoting independence and well-being. Full training is provided, with career progression and benefits such as employee discounts and Life Assurance.
