Job summary

Selective Recruitment Solutions Ltd in Norwich area is seeking multiple Support Workers to provide person-centered care in residential settings. You will help with meals, personal care, domestic tasks and medications as required.

The role offers flexible shifts including days, nights and weekends; a mandatory Care Certificate and DBS checks are required or supported; training available.

• Making meals, drinks and snacks where necessary

• Helping with undressing and going to bed in the evening, and ensuring medication is taken as required
• Putting resident wellbeing at the heart of the service and ensuring residents can live their best lives

Responsibilities for a Support Worker:

• Making meals, drinks and snacks where necessary
• Supporting with household and domestic tasks, such as laundry, shopping, cleaning and financial transactions such as paying bills
• Assisting residents with getting up in the morning, providing personal care including washing / bathing and dressing
• Helping with undressing and going to bed in the evening, as well as providing help and ensuring medication is taken as required
• Putting resident wellbeing at the heart of the service, going the extra mile to ensure our residents can live their best lives

Experience/Qualifications for our Support Workers:
