Job summary

Harley House Supported Living - Clacton-On-Sea is seeking a Female Support Worker to provide person-centred care in a supported living setting. You will assist with daily living tasks, personal care and promote independence while following care plans.

A full UK driving licence is not stated; the role offers full training including PBS, with salary £14 per hour and overtime, up to £34,000 annual earning potential. This is a full-time, permanent position.

Qualifications

  • Experience as a Support Worker / Care Assistant.
  • Knowledge of Positive Behaviour Support (PBS).
  • Understanding of safeguarding, mental health, autism, learning disabilities.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Reliable, compassionate, and proactive.
  • Flexible to work day, night, weekends and bank holidays.
  • Must maintain professional boundaries and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

About the Role

Please note, this is a female only role due to the requirements of the people we support.

We are recruiting Support Workers / Care Assistants to provide high-quality, person-centred care to individuals in a supported living environment.

This role involves hands-on support, promoting independence, dignity, and choice while supporting people with daily living activities, personal care, and community access.

A full UK driving licence is required for roles involving mobility vehicles.

Key Responsibilities
