Description

Support Worker

Location: Gloucester

Type: Permanent, full-time (37.5 hours per week), working a shift pattern covering the service 7 days a week

Salary: Earn £24,850 per annum and enjoy great benefits including Health Cash Plan

As our Support Worker, you’ll support customers with complex needs such as alcohol and substance misuse, mental health, and homelessness, helping them develop skills for independent living. Typical day as our Support Worker
  • Assist customers with practical daily tasks to promote independence and help them achieve their goals.
  • Support with activities like budgeting, maintaining tenancy, and moving to independent accommodation.
  • Conduct risk assessments, support planning, goal setting, and reviews.
  • Build rapport through conversations, ensuring enough time is allocated for meaningful interactions.

Job details
